This is a recipe for people like me. People who LOVE cake, pastry, donuts, ect... but do not have a lick of a metabolism. When you review the recipe, I guarantee you are going to wonder if I fell on my head. Negative. Trust me and whip some up this weekend!
For the Cupcake batter:
one box of cake mix, any flavor (I chose reduced sugar, Milk Chocolate).
one can Diet Sierra Mist or Diet Sprite
Thats it... I am not kidding. Mix together thoroughly and follow baking directions on the back of the cake mix box.
For the Cupcake frosting:
one box Sugar Free/Fat Free Jello pudding mix (I chose the cheesecake flavor)
one container Lite Cool Whip
1/4 cup Skim Milk
First whip the milk and pudding mix together. Add Cool Whip. Refrigerate. THAT'S IT!!!!
Honestly, these are some pretty stellar capcakes!!!!! Gage loves them as well!!! Perfect for a kids birthday party!
